Filespots

These are instruction on how to access and use Filespots, the app that allows us (only team members) to share pictures over the internet without losing quality.

To View Pictures

1. Go to filespots.com
2. Enter your email and the password that came in the invitaion to login.
3. To view our files click the "Costa Rica (July 2008)" item under the "My Filespots" group in the left hand pane of the window.
4. Then select the "Files" and select sub-folder containing pictures that you want to view (You might want to set the "Views" to "Extra Large Icons").

To Upload

1. Steps 1-3 are the same.
2. Click on the "Files folder".
3. Right click in the pane with the other folders and create a new folder with your name.
4. Open that folder.
5. Click the "Upload" button in the center top of the screen.
6. Find the pictures on your computer/camera that you want to upload and select them all.
7. Click the "Open" button and you are done.

To change your password click on the change password link in the middle of your screen right after you login.
